PADANG CONSTRUCTION is a AAA Accredited Contractor of Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). It is also classified as LARGE B Contractor for Government Transactions, Buildings, Industrial Plant, Roads, Highways, Pavements, Railways, Airports, Horizontal Structures and Bridges.
Our Company is engaged in general construction and other allied business including constructing, enlarging. Repairing, developing, or otherwise engaging in any work upon buildings, manufacturing plants, pier docks, pipes, shafts, waterworks, all iron steel, wood, masonry, and earth construction and other infrastructure.
We also engage in trading of construction supplies such as hardware, lumber, electrical, plumbing, concrete and other construction materials on a wholesale/retail basis; and doing of any and all other support services such as site acquisition, and other business and contracting incidental thereto or connected therewith and performing of any all acts and things necessary or proper or convenient for the furtherance and/or implementation of the foregoing.
Our Company has its own aggregates plant located in Legazpi city, Albay, Bicol Region. It provides wholesale and retail sale of processed sand, G1 Gravel, and 3/4″ Gravel.

Ar. Aileen Calma finished her bachelor’s degree in architecture in 2016 at Don Honorio Ventura State University in Bacolor, Pampanga at the age of 20. She ranked Top 1 in the 2016 Architecture Pre-Qualifying Examination and landed Top 3 in the 2016 Architecture Comprehensive Examination held at Don Honorio VenturaState University. She had her internship at R.L. Architects and Design, an outsourcing company focused on Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning based in Pampanga that designs a variety of wide range projects in China and Dubai.
She also worked in an Architectural firm specializes in high end residential and commercial projects in the country where she handled multiple projects that developed her planning and designing skills as she gained knowledge in project and construction management. Ar. Calma also designed and handled her own several residential projects in Pampanga and outsourced projects in Dubai.
She passed the Board Examination for Master Plumbers in July 2022 and was also certified as a green building professional for the BERDE Program (Certified BERDE Professional). Ar. Calma is also an accredited design professional (ADP) and Accredited design Assessor (AA) of Philippine Green Building Institute’s GREEEN. She is knowledgeable about the widely used software in designing today and continues to learn more as the designing industry grows and innovates. With her philosophy “Architecture, Art, and everything between, Ar. Calma converge her passion for architecture and art through linking up her interest in science and love of art in her profession.
In 2016, Ar. Sula earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Holy Angel University. She had her training and internship on architectural firms that specializes in design and build services. To improve her career growth and development after gaining her license, she worked with a construction company and was involved in planning and supervision of high end residential and commercial projects throughout the country, in which she has gained experience–starting with analyzing a project site, to the development of massing and functional spaces that best fit clients’ requirements and lifestyle.
She believes that an architect’s role is to adapt to the needs of our time; it requires work and serious thinking. With this perspective, she takes the time to learn and use different architectural software to show how design elements and solutions were presented in a structure. She continues to experiment with the growing technology, to deal with clients professionally and effectively.
Ar. Sula is a Certified BERDE Professional (CBP) and a PGBI accredited Design Professional (GREEEN ADP).
Engr. Joswyn Aaron Sanga is dedicated to practice his analytical skills and being a goal-oriented team player. He aims to contribute to project success, provide excellent service, and align with the company’s goals. Committed to further develop his professional skills in a challenging and innovative environment.
He took up his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in Don Honorio Ventura State University (August 2022) and later on passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam on April 2023. He was involved in various projects including roads, commercial and residential buildings. And now at Padang Construction and Supplies Corporation, he continues his journey to be a great Civil Engineer.
Ar. Darwin Castillo’s ultimate ambition is to make fantasies a reality. He pursued Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Don Honorio Ventura State University with a mindset that through arts, design and technology, people can turn their ideas to real-life projects/structures. He continues in studying different software to create plans and 3D models so clients may view their design suggestions easily. This also helps him in improving his skills and experiences.
He is currently working with this construction company with projects throughout the country, allowing him to explore, acquire more knowledge, grow, and transcend in this career and field. He believes that Architecture is not all about planning and designing, it’s on how you utilize the materials to create and build beyond clients’ desire.

Year 2023, she acquired her bachelor’s degree in architecture at Don Honorio Ventura State University. At the young age she was exposed in construction through her dad’s career. As a Junior Architect in Padang Construction and Supplies Corporation she learned that one of the main keys in design and construction industry is paying attention to every detail— no matter how small, it is essential in the architectural field. This demonstrates professionalism, expertise, and dedication, resulting to satisfied clients who appreciates the quality of work delivered.
The field of architecture is constantly evolving. Thus, it’s important to stay up to date on the latest trends, technologies, and codes especially with the help of the professionals.
At the age of 14, John Perry Maniago worked for a construction company as a laborer and gained experience in the construction industry. Throughout his experience, he enhanced his working skills and managed to become a skilled worker.
In 2015, he studied for a bachelor’s degree in architecture at Don Honorio Ventura State University, Bacolor, Pampanga, and in 2020, he achieved his bachelor’s degree in architecture. After achieving his degree, he worked at Digee Glass Aluminum Corporation for 2 years as a Junior Architect and Draftsman that focuses on glass and aluminum which different projects from low rise to high rise buildings.
He also worked for Thearies Development Corporation as Project Architect and handled several residential, commercial, and institutional projects. He was involved in planning, supervising, and implementing work and solutions.
He had also produced complete set of drawing plans and as-built plans. At present, he works at Padang Construction and Supplies Corporation as a junior architect and head of the fabrication division. He believes that “to become an Architect, you need to become well-rounded.”
